At Swami Vivekanand Vichardhara Sikshan Samiti Multai ("SVVSS"), we deeply appreciate every contribution made towards our social welfare programs, including rural education, health checkup camps, and youth empowerment. Because all online payments are voluntary donations used directly for community development, we follow a clear Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

All contributions and donations made online via our website (https://svvssmultai.com/) or Razorpay donation links are considered final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully processed, the funds are committed immediately to ongoing community service projects.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund Eligibility

A refund request will only be considered under the following genuine technical or operational circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: Due to a technical network error or server glitch, the donor's bank account was debited multiple times for the same intended donation.
• Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transaction: A donation was made using compromised financial credentials without the cardholder's consent (subject to bank verification).
• Incorrect Amount Entered: An extra zero or incorrect figure was accidentally typed during the manual transaction process.

3. Refund Application Process & Timeframe

If you experience any of the exceptional situations listed above, you must submit a formal refund request within 7 days from the date of the transaction. Please follow these steps:

• Send an email to our support team or reach out through our Contact Us Page.
• Include your Full Name, Contact Number, Payment Date, Amount, Transaction ID, and Payment Screenshot/Receipt issued by Razorpay.
• Briefly state the genuine reason for the refund request.

4. Processing & Timeline for Approved Refunds

Once a valid refund request is received, our audit team will verify the payment details with Razorpay Payment Gateway and our bank records. If approved:

• The refund will be initiated through the original payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or NetBanking).
• Approved refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect back in the donor's original bank account, as per standard banking procedures.
• Payment gateway processing charges, if applicable by Razorpay or banking partners, may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Donation Cancellation Policy

Since online donations are processed in real-time, cancellation of a successful transaction is not possible once the payment is completed. However, if you have set up a recurring payment or standing instruction through your bank/UPI app, you may cancel future auto-debits directly through your bank or payment gateway portal at any time.
